For Klaviyo and email agencies

Brands ask “did this month’s emails earn their keep?” Start charging for the answer.

Your team answers it after every send calendar, for free. Put that answer in the brand’s own ChatGPT or Claude, read from their Klaviyo campaigns next to store sales, and in their inbox every week, signed by your agency.

Bill it as an add-on. It costs you $49 per client, on the $99 agency plan.

Our last few campaigns made less money. Should we email more often?

Not yet

More sends are already costing subscribers.

  • Campaigns sent in the last two weeks: 6, up from 4.
  • Revenue per delivered email: down 27%.
  • Unsubscribes: 412, up from 190.

What this means

Each extra send is earning less and losing more people. Sending even more would likely make that worse.

Next step

Go back to four campaigns a fortnight and test the offer and subject line on the next two.

Limit: This reads campaigns, not automated flows, so it can’t say whether the welcome or abandoned-cart emails changed.

Based on: Klaviyo campaign deliveries, opens, clicks, conversions, revenue and unsubscribes

What the $99 is for

Your team grades every brand’s sends at once.
Before any client sees it.

Your own Claude or ChatGPT reads each brand’s Klaviyo campaigns and store sales, the briefs you add and your playbooks. Brands see only what you turn on.

Your team asks
  • “Whose campaign revenue slipped in the last two weeks?”Attributed revenue and conversions per brand, the ones that slipped furthest on top.
  • “Run the campaign review on Northwood Tea before the next send.”Your review on their campaigns next to Shopify sales, for your team first.
  • “What did Northwood Tea say about discount emails?”From the meeting notes and briefs filed under that brand.
Then turn clients on
  • All your brands, for your teamLink up to 25 brands’ Klaviyo accounts and grade their sends in your own AI, without the brand seeing it.
  • Give a brand its own verdict for $49Turned on, the brand asks after each send and gets the review weekly. Turned off, it drops off your bill and your team carries on.

Your work, seen between calls

Your email verdict, in their inbox every week.

Schedule the email review for each brand: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. It runs on that week’s campaign results and the store’s sales, and arrives in your agency’s name. Your team can read it and add a note before it goes.

Every review sent also adds up on the client’s own page, with a list of things to fix. How scheduled reviews and client pages work.

Each client’s own Klaviyo

What a review reads from Klaviyo.

Your team or the brand pastes a read-only Klaviyo key once. Reviews read campaign results and never send, schedule or edit anything.

Campaigns

Recipients, deliveries, unique opens and clicks, conversions, revenue and unsubscribes for each email and SMS campaign.

By send day

The same results per day, so a review can see which sends moved revenue.

Before and after

Daily results over 30 days, and campaign totals for the past fortnight against the one before it.

Never a subscriber’s name, email address or phone number: Klaviyo numbers arrive per campaign. In the same review it can also read the client’s Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4. Everything a review can read.

Honest comparison

Klaviyo’s own ChatGPT and Claude connector, or this?

Klaviyo connects to ChatGPT and Claude itself. It’s a different tool for a different job.

Klaviyo’s connector

Klaviyo has its own connector for Claude and an app for ChatGPT. Someone with Klaviyo access can read the account and take supported actions on it from the chat.

Limitation: It answers whatever the person asks, from Klaviyo alone. It doesn’t see the store’s ad spend, and it doesn’t know how your agency judges a campaign.

ExpertRelay

Answers with your agency’s email review, reading Klaviyo campaign results next to Shopify sales and ad spend. It only reads, so nothing gets sent or changed.

Limitation: Campaigns only: no flows, segments or single profiles. Clients on free ChatGPT can’t add it yet.

When Klaviyo’s connector is enough: If someone at the brand wants to build a segment or look up a profile from chat, Klaviyo’s connector does that. Yours answers the question your agency is paid for: is email working?

How it works

From your playbook to their Klaviyo numbers.

1

Write down how you judge a send

Which numbers you trust over Klaviyo’s own attribution, how much unsubscribe cost is acceptable, and when a test is too small to call.

2

Klaviyo and the store get linked

The brand adds Klaviyo, Shopify and their ad accounts from your invite page.

3

Every send gets your verdict

After a campaign goes out, the brand asks in their own AI how it did and hears it the way your team would put it.

Klaviyo agencies ask

Questions about Klaviyo and client reviews.

Can a brand get the email review without asking for it?

Yes. Schedule it and it lands in their inbox in your agency's name, run on that week's Klaviyo campaign results: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Your team can approve each one before it's sent.

Can ChatGPT or Claude read my client's Klaviyo results through ExpertRelay?

Yes, campaign by campaign. Once the brand links Klaviyo, your review reads recipients, deliveries, unique opens and clicks, conversions, revenue and unsubscribes for each email and SMS campaign.

Can it send, schedule or edit a campaign?

No. It only reads results. Nothing is sent, scheduled or changed in Klaviyo.

Does it read flows and automations?

Not yet. It reads campaigns. Write the review so it says so when a question is really about a flow.

Can it compare Klaviyo revenue with Shopify sales?

Yes, as trends. Klaviyo counts the revenue it attributes to each campaign; a review can set that next to Shopify net sales and ad spend for the same days.

Does it see who opened or clicked?

No. Results arrive per campaign, never per subscriber.

What does an email agency pay?

The agency plan is $99 a month, and each brand you give it to adds $49 a month. No setup fee, and you can try it free for 14 days. You set what the brand pays for it.
