For SEO agencies

Clients ask “why did organic traffic drop?” every month. Start charging for the answer.

Your team answers it between reports, for free. Put that answer in each client’s own ChatGPT or Claude, read from their Search Console and Google Analytics, and in their inbox once a month, signed by your agency.

Bill it as an add-on. It costs you $49 per client, on the $99 agency plan.

Organic traffic is down 18% this month. Is it us or Google?

Look closer

Fewer searches, not lower rankings.

  • Search Console impressions: down 21% on the two weeks before.
  • Average position: 8.6 before, 8.4 now, so no real slip.
  • Most of the lost clicks come from two queries that are simply searched less.

What this means

Fewer people are searching those two terms right now. The site hasn’t lost ground in the results, and the landing pages that convert are steady in Google Analytics.

Next step

Check whether those terms dip every year at this time before rewriting any pages. Keep an eye on the converting pages instead of the traffic total.

Limit: Search Console runs two to three days behind, and four weeks of data can’t tell a seasonal dip from a lasting one.

Based on: Search Console clicks, impressions and positions by query; Google Analytics 4 sessions and conversions by landing page

What the $99 is for

Your team reads every client’s search traffic at once.
Before any client sees it.

Your own Claude or ChatGPT reads each client’s Search Console and Google Analytics, the audits you add and your playbooks, before a report goes out.

Your team asks
  • “Whose Search Console clicks fell in the last two weeks?”Clicks and impressions for every client side by side, the biggest drops first.
  • “Run the traffic review on Linden Physio before the monthly report.”Your review on their queries and landing pages, seen only by your team.
  • “Which pages did we agree to rewrite for Linden Physio?”It searches the audits and call notes you added for that client.
Then turn clients on
  • Up to 25 sites, for your team onlyAdd each client’s property from the Google access you already use. Run the traffic review before the report, on your side.
  • Open it to a client for $49 a monthThey read your traffic answer in their own AI and get it monthly by email. Stop whenever; the history stays with you.

Your work, seen between calls

Your traffic read, in their inbox every month.

Schedule the traffic review for each client: monthly, every two weeks or weekly. It runs on that period’s queries, positions and landing-page conversions, and arrives in your agency’s name. Your team can read it and add a note before it goes.

Every review sent also adds up on the client’s own page, with a list of things to fix. How scheduled reviews and client pages work.

Each client’s own Search Console

What a review reads from Search Console and Analytics.

The client adds your agency’s read-only email to Search Console and Google Analytics 4, the way they’d add a colleague, once. Reviews read the numbers and never change the site.

Search queries

Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, per day and for each search query.

Site visits

Sessions, users, conversions and revenue per day by channel, and totals for each landing page, from Google Analytics 4.

Window

Thirty days of daily figures; query and landing-page totals compare the latest two weeks with the two before.

No crawling, no backlinks and no rank tracking beyond Search Console’s own average position. In the same review it can also read the client’s Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Business Profile. Everything a review can read.

A Search Console connector for ChatGPT, or this?

Clients can already hook Search Console up to ChatGPT or Claude with a third-party connector. Here’s the difference.

Third-party Search Console connectors

As of October 2026 we found no Search Console connector for ChatGPT or Claude made by Google; third-party ones let whoever connects ask about their own search data.

Limitation: Each client sets one up and gets raw numbers back. It doesn’t know how your agency reads a traffic drop, and most see Search Console alone, without Google Analytics.

ExpertRelay

Answers with your agency’s SEO review, reading Search Console next to Google Analytics 4 and, if you run ads for them, the ad accounts. You choose which clients get it.

Limitation: It reads performance numbers, not the website: no crawl, no backlinks, no competitor rankings. Clients on free ChatGPT can’t add it yet.

When a third-party connector is enough: If a client just wants to browse their own search numbers in chat, a third-party connector does that. Yours answers what your agency would say about them.

How it works

From your playbook to their Search Console numbers.

1

Write down how you read a traffic change

Which queries matter for this client, how far a position can drift before it matters, and when the data is too fresh to judge.

2

Search Console and Analytics get linked

The client adds both from the invite page you send, plus any ad accounts you manage.

3

Mid-month questions get answered

Instead of waiting for the monthly report, the client asks their own AI and hears what your team would tell them.

SEO agencies ask

Questions about Search Console and client reviews.

Can clients get the traffic review without asking for it?

Yes. Schedule it and it lands in their inbox in your agency's name, run on that period's Search Console and Google Analytics numbers: monthly, every two weeks or weekly. Your team can approve each one before it's sent.

Can ChatGPT or Claude read my client's Search Console through ExpertRelay?

Yes. After the client links it, your review reads clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position per day and for each query, and can set them next to Google Analytics 4 visits and conversions.

Does it change anything in Search Console or on the website?

No. It only reads. It doesn't submit sitemaps, request indexing or edit pages.

Does it track rankings or backlinks?

No. It sees Search Console's own average position for each query, and nothing about backlinks, crawl errors or competitors. Keep your SEO tools for those.

Why are the last few days missing?

Search Console data usually arrives two to three days late. Write the review so it leaves the newest days out before comparing.

Is one client's search data kept from the others?

Yes. A review reads only the properties that client linked.

What does an SEO agency pay?

$99 a month for the agency plan, plus $49 a month for each client you turn it on for, with no setup fee and a 14-day free trial. The price your client pays is yours to set.
