For local marketing agencies

Owners ask “why did the phone ring less this month?” Start charging for the answer.

Your team answers it on the phone, for free. Put that answer in the owner’s own ChatGPT or Claude, read location by location from their Google Business Profile, and in their inbox once a month, signed by your agency.

Bill it as an add-on. It costs you $49 per client, on the $99 agency plan.

Calls from Google are down this month. What happened?

Look closer

One location is losing views. The others are steady.

  • Calls from the profiles: 58, down from 74 in the two weeks before.
  • Views of the Eastside profile: down 34%. The other two locations: within 5%.
  • Direction requests at Eastside fell by a similar share.

What this means

Fewer people are seeing the Eastside profile, so fewer of them call. It isn’t a business-wide drop.

Next step

Look at what changed on the Eastside profile recently: hours, main category, photos, or a listing problem. Read its newest reviews too.

Limit: Profile numbers count calls and direction requests, not booked jobs, and they don’t include review text or ratings.

What the $99 is for

Your team checks every client’s locations at once.
Before any client sees it.

Your own Claude or ChatGPT reads each business’s Google Business Profile, your notes on them and your playbooks, so you know before the owner rings.

Your team asks
  • “Which clients got fewer calls from Google this fortnight?”Calls, website clicks and direction requests, with the steepest drop at the top.
  • “Run the local review on Bayside Plumbing before they ring.”Your review, location by location, for your team to read first.
  • “Did Bayside tell us they changed their opening hours?”Pulled from the notes your team keeps on that business.
Then turn clients on
  • Every business you manage, on your sideUp to 25 clients and all their locations, linked from your manager access, read by your team alone.
  • $49 when an owner should have it tooHowever many locations, one owner, one $49. They ask about the quiet week themselves; you can pause them any time.

Your work, seen between calls

Calls and directions, in their inbox every month.

Schedule the local search review for each business: monthly, every two weeks or weekly. It runs on each location’s calls, direction requests, website clicks and bookings, and arrives in your agency’s name. Your team can read it and add a note before it goes.

Every review sent also adds up on the client’s own page, with a list of things to fix. How scheduled reviews and client pages work.

Each client’s own Google Business Profile

What a review reads from Google Business Profile.

The client links their Business Profile once from their invite page, and every location they manage comes with it. Reviews never change a listing.

Views

How often each location’s profile was seen, per day and in total.

Actions

Website clicks, calls, direction requests, messages and bookings, for each location.

Comparison

A month of daily counts, with each location’s latest two weeks set against the two weeks before.

It doesn’t read review text, star ratings or photos, and it can’t reply to a review. In the same review it can also read the client’s Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Everything a review can read.

Start with a question you already answer

Reviews local agencies build.

Owners of local businesses want one thing explained: why the phone is quieter or busier. Write down how your team works that out.

Examples only; you bring the review.

Call drop check

Did calls fall at one location or across the business, and is it fewer views or fewer people acting on them?

Location ranking

Which locations turn views into calls and directions, and which lag behind?

Ads and the profile

When Google Ads spend changed, did profile calls move with it?

Bookings check

Are bookings and messages from the profile growing along with views?

A Business Profile connector for ChatGPT, or this?

Some tools already connect a Business Profile to ChatGPT or Claude. They’re built for the owner, not for your agency’s judgment.

Third-party Business Profile connectors

As of October 2026 we found no Business Profile connector for ChatGPT or Claude made by Google. Third-party ones read the profile, and some can reply to reviews or update hours.

Limitation: They answer whatever the owner asks about the profile alone, and the ones that edit make changes that go live. They don’t know how your agency judges a slow month.

ExpertRelay

Answers with your agency’s local review across every location, next to the client’s ad spend and site visits. It only reads, so the listings stay as they are.

Limitation: No review text or ratings, and it can’t reply to reviews or edit a listing. Clients on free ChatGPT can’t add it yet.

When a third-party connector is enough: If an owner wants to reply to reviews or change hours from chat, use a tool built for that. Yours explains the numbers the way your agency would.

How it works

From your playbook to their Google Business Profile numbers.

1

Write down how you explain a slow month

Which locations matter most, which actions count as leads, and how big a change has to be before it’s worth a call.

2

Profiles get linked

The owner adds their Business Profile, and the Google Ads account if you run one, from your invite page.

3

Owners ask whenever the phone goes quiet

From their own ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, with an answer that names the location and the likely cause.

Local agencies ask

Questions about Google Business Profile and client reviews.

Can a business owner get the review without asking for it?

Yes. Schedule it and it lands in their inbox in your agency's name, run on that period's Google Business Profile numbers for each location: monthly, every two weeks or weekly. Your team can approve each one before it's sent.

Can ChatGPT or Claude read my client's Google Business Profile insights through ExpertRelay?

Yes. Once the owner links the profile, your review reads views, website clicks, calls, direction requests, messages and bookings for each location.

Can it reply to reviews or change opening hours?

No. It only reads the numbers. Nothing on the listing changes.

Does it read review text or star ratings?

No. It reads the profile's activity numbers, not the reviews themselves.

Does it work for a business with many locations?

Yes. Numbers come per location, so a review can compare them and point to the one that changed.

Can two local clients see each other's profiles?

No. Each owner's review reads only the profiles they linked.

What does a local agency pay?

$99 a month for the agency plan, plus $49 a month per client however many locations they have, with no setup fee. The first 14 days are free. Charge the owner whatever suits your packages.
