In one paragraph
ExpertRelay turns the method inside a course, coaching program, agency playbook or existing Claude Skill into private AI tools, which we call Skills. Each Skill does one defined job using the creator's method, such as an offer audit, a landing-page review or a launch plan. Customers connect once from the AI app they already use (Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) and run the Skill there. The creator sells access; the instructions and files behind the Skill stay on ExpertRelay's servers and are never sent to the customer.
Who it's for
- Course creators and coaches who want to turn what they teach into tools customers can run. ExpertRelay finds the repeatable jobs inside the course material, and the creator reviews each one before anyone uses it. For course creators
- People who already build Claude Skills and want to sell access instead of a ZIP file. They upload the Skill they already have. For Skill sellers
- Agencies and consultants who want clients to run a defined review, using the client's own account information and the agency's approved method, between meetings. For agencies
How it works
- Upload what you already have: lessons, transcripts, PDFs, notes, worksheets, frameworks, playbooks, or an existing Skill ZIP.
- Review privately: approve each Skill's method, required inputs, outputs and limits, and test it before anyone can use it. Nothing publishes without the creator.
- Give customers access: sell one Skill, bundle several, or include access with a course, membership or coaching program.
- Customers connect once from a supported AI app. There is no file to download or install. Access follows purchases, refunds, cancellations and memberships.
- Publish improvements: a new version reaches every connected customer on their next run.
Skills are delivered through MCP (Model Context Protocol), the standard way AI apps connect to outside tools. Supported apps include Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor; availability and connection steps depend on the app and the customer's plan.
What ExpertRelay is not
- Not an AI clone or chatbot of the creator. A Skill does a specific job with defined inputs, steps, outputs and limits. It can ask for missing information, or stop when the method doesn't support an answer.
- Not a marketplace. Creators keep their audience, pricing, brand and customer relationship. ExpertRelay doesn't list or resell their Skills.
- Not a course platform. It doesn't host lessons. Creators keep using their course platform and add access to Skills alongside it.
How it differs from similar tools
- AI assistants built into course platforms usually live inside the course website and answer questions about the lessons. ExpertRelay Skills run in the customer's own AI app, work on the customer's own work (a page, an offer, a report), and can be sold as a separate product.
- Selling a Skill as files (for example a ZIP on Gumroad) gives the buyer the instructions, and updates mean reinstalling. With ExpertRelay the files stay private, access can be revoked, and updates reach everyone.
- Custom GPTs work only in ChatGPT, and OpenAI plans to retire them on December 11, 2026. ExpertRelay Skills can be used from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Pricing
As of October 2026:
- Creators and Skill sellers: free to upload, build, test privately, and invite people to try a Skill in their browser. When customers get access, they pay for one plan: Starter, $29 a month with 200 customer runs included. Each run past that costs $0.10 ($10 per 100). ExpertRelay takes no percentage of the creator's sales.
- Agencies: $99 a month for the agency plan (the whole team, the agency's own AI and API, its library, and its team's work on up to 25 clients), plus $49 a month for each client turned on for themselves, including 300 of their own runs a month, with no setup fee, after a 14-day free trial.
Honest limits
- Useful results can reveal parts of how a method works. ExpertRelay keeps the instructions and files private, not every idea behind them.
- Approving a method is not the same as reviewing every answer. Results are not reviewed by a person unless the creator or agency reviews them.
- Not every AI app is supported, and connection steps vary by app and plan.
Common questions
Can I turn my online course into an AI tool my students use in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. ExpertRelay finds the repeatable jobs in your course, you review each one, and students connect once from ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor to run them.
Can I sell a Claude Skill without giving customers the SKILL.md file?
Yes. Upload the Skill to ExpertRelay and sell access. The Skill runs on ExpertRelay's servers, and customers get the results, not the files.
Do customers need to install anything?
No. They connect once from a supported AI app. There's no file to download.
Does ExpertRelay take a cut of sales?
No. Creators pay a flat platform fee and keep their revenue.
